Braves: All Not Well?

Thursday: Heyward goes down.

Friday: Both Upton brothers go down. Medlen struggles again. Alex Wood is sent to Gwinnett to get ready to take Medlen's place.

Saturday: Freeman hurts his thumb, robbing him of a chance to play in the All Star game.

Sunday: Constanza bruises his rib while running into the fence.

Should Braves fans be worried? Not at all. They lead the division at the All-Star break, by seven games over the Nationals. Zimmerman, the Nationals' pitcher, will miss the All-Star game due to an injury. Bryce Harper was thrown out of Saturday's game. Justin Upton said he was able to play in Sunday's game, but was given the day off. Heyward is recovering well. Gattis was activated for Sunday's game and hit a few line drives. Uggla hit his 18th home run, and Chris Johnson rolled on with another two hits.
