The Zen of Zim

Don Zimmer's career in baseball lasted an incredible 66 years. Every paycheck he ever earned came from baseball. Zim met Babe Ruth, was a teammate of Jackie Robinson, and was the first person to ever wear a New York Mets uniform. Since 2004, when he joined the Rays as a senior baseball advisor, Zimmer changed his uniform number every year to reflect his number of years in baseball. In 2008 he became the last Brooklyn Dodger to work an on-field baseball job.
I could not find one list detailing where Zimmer spent each of his 66 years in professional baseball, so I pieced together one of my own. The list includes his year in pro baseball, the calendar year, his age, which team, and other info.
