Tim Matheson: Then and Now

Ceil has been watching White Collar, the old FBI show. Last night the guest star was Tim Matheson. I looked him up. As a kid he was a contemporary of Kurt Russell.

Matheson was on Leave It to Beaver and Space Ghost, and voiced the role of Johnny Quest.

Later he was in A Very Brady Sequel, the sitcom Cybill, West Wing, and of course Animal House.

Like in Animal House, on White Collar Matheson was swinging a golf club.

Also learned that Cybill Shepherd was named after both her grandfathers: men named Cy and Bill.

This week someone tried to steal something from Anna’s store. The security video shows Anna staring him down and flagging down the police. She was able to foil the robbery. One time some good-looking male movie star came into A’s store and bought a bunch of stuff. Anna went back to get the security camera footage of the star talking to her. I had never heard of the guy.

Thursday: worked past 5:30 and drove straight home. Supper was chicken, pasta, and tossed salad.

M had a new bottle of hot sauce, named The Reaper. The bottle comes with a little Grim Reaper outfit on it.

I’m down 6 pounds this week, but it’s mostly getting back to a normal weight from the holidays. Cutting way down on portions, snacks, and fast food. Meeting at noon with Chickfila box lunches. I gave away the chips and cookie, and didn't eat the bun. Not quite as good today, but not terrible.

Mr. Cathy was always passing out those free sandwich cards. When W was little we stayed at the Peach Bowl Fan Fest until we were run out. As we were leaving we ran into Mr. Cathy. He shook Will’s hand and gave him a card. I told him I had been an original employee at the CFA in the Omni International. Mr. Cathy’s handler were trying to escort him from the congress center to the game next door, but he insisted on talking to everyone he saw.

I am a Google Maps junkie. Here’s an article about how to use additional features.
