Star Wars Night 2018

Tonight's game was Star Wars Night,
one of the most fun nights of the year.
Before the game legendary usher Walter Banks came out to greet fans.
He got his picture taken with this nice old man.
Later I ran into the man inside the stadium.
Darrell gave Walter a hug. Note Walter's autographed jersey.
Last month we met this fan from Rome, and got to visit with him again today. Later we saw him in the stands, and said hello again.
He and his wife could put away the ice cream.
Darrell gives me the thumbs up. In front of him is the sweet Jewish man who's always at the front of the line on bobblehead day.
At the left is the young dude who everyone seems to know.
The Millennium Falcon Experience. I'm not going to wait in the line.
Walter and me.
The Bobblehead Mafia: Michael faces Kevin. Katie scowls.
Rare picture of Bobby without his cap. And LJ.
With stormtroopers guarding the premises,
Braves manager Brian Snitker meets with the umpires before the game.
The Braves dugout.
Darth Vader used the power of the force to get a Giants fan to do the tomahawk chop.
In the bottom of the first Freddie Freeman hit an opposite field home run to give the Braves an early lead.
Bobby set us up with nice seats in 422 row four. Above the big red Coca-Cola sign the skyscrapers near Perimeter Mall rise in the distance.
Rare backside view of the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center,
peeking through between the two skyscrapers across 285.
This kid had his own backup dancers.
The Braves had plenty of brand new Ronald Acuna Jr. apparel for sale.
This Star Wars dude was really sweating.
This dude got his Star Wars shirt at Target.
Cool Star Wars Hawaiian shirt. Perhaps the best of the night.
Brick of the night: the catcher the Braves got with Davey Johnson in the Orioles trade
Last year you could see the stadium from the Sheraton hotel across I-75.
Now they've built the new HOV lane bridge, blocking the view.
