In addition to Good Friday, today is Jackie Robinson Day, when players and coaches from all MLB teams wear Robinson's number 42, in celebration of his debut exactly 75 years ago. Ken Griffey Jr came up with the idea 25 years ago. More on this tomorrow.
Why do people who don't really know about a certain subject think they do? It's actually a psychological phenomenon present in everyone in varying degrees. A Washington Post article:

Speaking of the Braves, a few fans on social media are realizing that pennants aren't won or lost in the first eight games of the season. Rosario was the hero in the playoffs, but has gotten off to a slow start. Same with Dansby, who hit 27 home runs last year. Should they be benched, or allowed to play their way out of their funk?
Got a book you would like: "Irresistible: Reclaiming the New that Jesus Unleashed on the World", by Andy Stanley. Stirred up quite a bit of controversy, much of which came from folk who'd never read the book.

Thursday: worked until almost 6 pm. Got a decent amount done. Stopped by the post office on the way home. Also Kroger. Ceil cooked burgers. Also fries and broccoli. Matthew ate with us.
Worked from home today. Between now and Monday, hopefully I'll have done some good catching up.
Looks like rain tomorrow, so no golf.
