Saturday Morning at Bellwood

This morning we met the fam at Bellwood Coffee, and ate some of Matthew's concoctions. Anna and Caleb had looked at a house for sale before arriving. Will & MC brought the girls. Shivonne found a couple of t-shirts she liked.

Becky Norman walked the 1.9 miles through the cold from her house. I had a nice chat with David Norman. Joel Norman and wife Addie recounted the infection that put him in the hospital back in December. Our friends Lee and Nancy and Noelle went to Bellwood for the first time. Including Joel's baby and David's precious daughter, we had a party of 18. And Caleb saw a couple he knew. Will was rocking a new pair of New Balance dad shoes.

Friday: worked until 6 pm. Facetimed with Shivvy.

One the way home I stopped by RaceTrac for a soft drink, Dollar Tree, the convenience store, and picked up a pie at Pizzaria Lucia on the Roswell Square.

Last night we watched Solo, one of the dozens of Star Wars movies. Pretty good. Nonstop action. Woody Harrelson, Emilia Clark. Clint Howard. Directed by Ron Howard. Ceil even liked it.

Friday I had a scratchy throat. Today I feel the sickness in my chest. Took a long nap this afternoon. Haven't done anything except stay plopped on the couch.
