McDonalds has a $5 deal where you get a drink, small fries, 4 chicken nuggets, and a burger. They say they're losing money because of what they pay their employees. I get a chicken sandwich and large fries for $3 at McDonalds, or two chicken sandwiches at Wendys for $3.00. They're losing money on me for sure.

Good exercises that I need to be doing: pushups, burpees, planks, glute bridges, side planks, squats, single leg deadlifts, dumbbell rows, standing overhead dumbbell press, and lunges. Several of these were recommended by my physical therapists.

Schoendienst was named International League MVP in 1943, before spending most of 1944 in the US Army, but his injuries and ailments continued to haunt him throughout his career. In the top of the 14th inning of the 1950 ASG, Schoendienst led off with a solo HR off Ted Gray. Ewell Blackwell got 3 quick outs in the bottom of the inning to seal the NL victory. After having managed STL for 12 seasons (1938 games) from 1965-1976, including 2 pennants and 1 WS championship, Schoendienst was called back to manage the Cardinals for the final 37 games in 1980 and 24 games in the middle of the 1990 season.
