While I was in Macon I stopped by for a short visit with my friend from high school, a music lawyer with an office in the legendary Capricorn Records Studio in downtown. He gave me a quick tour. In the 60's and 70's Capricorn was the center of the Southern Rock universe. The Allman Brothers. The Charlie Daniels Band. The Marshall Tucker Band. Otis Redding. Phil Walden. And more.The studio has been restored to the same condition it was in back in the day.I took some of these photos, and stole others from my friend.While we were there Tim let me cut a record.
