Sunday Photos

Dave Hampton turns upfield against the Eagles, after taking a handoff from QB Bob Lee. Should've posted this photo yesterday.

'Twins, with a twist' -- How Freddie and Chelsea Freeman grew their family to five. I was the last to know.

Drew Brees retired today. A great competitor, as Tom Brady said. I always say it's how a player ranks when he retires that matters, not 5-10 years later after the game has changed. Brees will be a sure fire hall of famer, no easy feat.

Lee Westwood has been playing some good golf lately, finishing second today at The Players Championship. His girlfriend Helen Storey has been caddying for the Brit, and has become a bit of a story herself.
The question of the day on Twitter was what stadium addition / renovation / expansion was the worst. I submitted Grant Field's north end zone addition. With the east and west stands already completely different, the north stands match neither. In fact, the left half of the new north stands doesn't even match the right half. Hideous.
The Flames had some sweet uniforms back in the day.
Some folk love them some dual threat quarterbacks. Call me old school, but I'd rather have a guy who can find and hit his second and third and forth receivers, read defenses, and check off at the line of scrimmage.
