Monkee a Go-Go

Former Monkee Michael Nesmith passed away. Quite the introspective dude. Followed him on Facebook for a while but he was just too heavy. Everyone knows that his mother invented Liquid Paper correction fluid. And that the Monkee Mobile was the great car in history. The GOAT.

In honor of Mike I’ll list my growing collection of knit caps, that I’ll wear if I can ever play golf again. Thing is, I really don’t look good in knit caps.

Got my eye on a Grizzlies knit cap, to match my Grizz Gaming hoodie, Grizzlies quarter zip, long sleeve tee, Stance socks, and five t-shirts.

Stumbled across a Meg Ryan movie I’d never seen before: My Mom’s New Boyfriend. Fittingly, his son is played by Colin Hanks. With Antonio Banderas and Selma Blair. Filmed in Shreveport in 2008.

Also The Deal, with Bill Macy, LL Cool J, Elliott Gould, and Meg Ryan. Great concept - a movie within a movie within a movie! Actually hilarious. Also 2008.

First bite: cashed in a free sandwich coupon at Scoville Hot Chicken, and man that thing was huge. And tasty. Fries were good too, hot and crispy. The setting said fast food, but the prices said sit down restaurant. My poor photography does zero justice to the size of that clucker.

I’ve really been spending too much money lately. In addition to all the fast food deals I shouldn’t be scoring, here’s several more deals I couldn’t resist. Plus I have $50.00 gift cards at both Dicks Sporting Goods and Walmart to use. Don’t get in my way.
