Life tips: 

1. Plan ahead.

2. Wake up early.

3. Drink lots of water.

4. Eat fruits and vegetables.

5. Show up. Put in the work.

6. Start your day the night before.

7. Avoid things that cost you peace.

8. Get 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep.

9. Write down your thoughts. Then go deeper.

10. Smile and be friendly to security guards, cleaning people, waiters, nurses, etc.

Worked until 6 pm Thursday. M and C made Mexican for supper. M had deep fried chips out of extra soft taco shells, and they were delicious. Then he made nachos with the marinated grilled chicken. Also black beans and rice. An excellent supper.

Lifted weights Friday morning at the gym, then in to the office. Almost hit a deer down by the Chattahoochee.

Braves win. Big game for rookie Harris. Hit a homer and threw out a runner at the plate.

CURTIS GRANDERSON  [B-R Bio] is a former Milwaukee Brewer outfielder. He was considered in December 2021 for NYM’s managerial spot. They are now guided by Buck Showalter. When he retired, Granderson led all active players in career triples. In 16 seasons, he amassed 95 triples. In 2011 he led his league in RBI, led the majors in runs, was an All-Star again, hit more than 40 home runs, and earned a Silver Slugger award, and finished in 4th place in the league MVP voting: 2011 AL MVP voting.
