Today Will shared his pictures from his trip to Peru,
which culminated in a six day hike to Machu Picchu.
The higher he and Seth climbed, the foggier it got.
The journey was over sixty miles, about twelves miles a day.
Most tourists take a train and bus to the 15th century site.
The hikers stopped to buy coffee from locals.
They hiked through coffee plants. The beans tasted sweet.
The travelers braved rain and snow.
After six days out in the elements Will was happy to get back inside.

After hiking down from Machu Picchu, Will and Seth rode a bus six hours back to their base in the city of Cusco.

Will brought back native Peruvian pants for MC, Anna, and Matthew.
W&MC wore theirs to the movies.
MC cooked us a delicious lunch.
