What AI Thinks of Me

I asked Grok (artificial intelligence) what kind of animal I would be. It said that given my posts, I would be a chameleon. They are known for their adaptability, changing to blend in to their environment like how I engage on diverse topics from sports to movies, showing a wide range of interests, and the ability to adapt to different contexts. My interests in various subjects suggests a personality that can appreciate and adapt to many different environments and discussions”.

I also asked Grok if I were a Republican or Democrat. Grok searched my tweets, and wasn’t able to determine my political affiliation. I’d say that’s a good thing.

Trump is not the first president to work to reduce the size of the federal government. In the 1990’s Clinton offered federal worders a $25000 buyout and 150000 took the deal. Clinton cut spending from 22% of the economy to 18%, the lowest since 1966. Good for him.

Biden said “No one is above the law”. Pardons by president…

1927 2009-2017 Obama

0237 2017-2021 Trump

I saw a clip of Vitale’s return this past weekend. . The year Michigan and Rumeal Robinson made the NCAA Tourney run, they were playing in the Omni. March 19, 1989. Lang and I had gone down for the doubleheader (Mich vs South Alabama and UNC vs UCLA. Before the games Vitale had to be outside for a CBS promo at the NW corner of the Omni. A bright, cloudless day. Vitale was stir crazy – he wanted to be inside talking to the players and coaches.

A bunch of odds & ends that I had saved up…

The most valuable baseball card from the 1987 Topps set is the Topps Tiffany #320 Barry Bonds BGS 10, worth about $6600.00. I need to check to see if I have one. I'm not a fan of Barry, as talented a player as he was. Never knew him personally, but his appearance is of a haughty person.

I follow an Instagram account that produces top ten lists. Here are two…

Cam Newton said he would rather be the NFL MVP than be Super Bowl MVP, just showing how he puts himself above the team. No one remembers how many MVPs that Tom Brady won, but they do remember how many Super Bowls he won.

JACKIE ROBINSON [SABR Bio] led both leagues in WAR in 3 out of his first 6 years in the majors. Robinson’s first year was 1947 when he won the MLB ROY. He led MLB in WAR in 1949 (9.3) when he was NL MVP, in 1951 (9.7), and 1952 (8.4), outpointing Stan Musial each time. In 1949, he hit .342 & had 37 SB, winning the NL batting title and leading the league in steals. He was the last player Pirates retired a uniform number in the 20th century. PIT retired #42 12-Jul-1997.
