2020 Braves Promotions

The Atlanta Braves 2020 promotional schedule has been released. Includes eight bobbleheads and a Funkp Pop figure. Last year the Ozzie Albies chain giveaway was wildly popular, so this year there are two chain giveaways. One is just for kids. One or two more special ticket giveaways could be added. 

 

The Braves continue to up their promotions game. They’ve figured out weekday promos boost crowds. Weekend attendance is always higher, so fewer promotions are needed then. Perhaps crowds fall off on Sundays, as this year there are more promos then. As always, fans will find something to complain about.

I’ve highlighted the games I’d like to attend. I’ll skip trucker cap night and eventually will find one at a thrift store. Same deal with the replica Aaron jersey. I already have one of those, with no advertising on it. I can probably get my hands on the tote bag, which will give me three different Braves tote bags. The two Friday bobbleheads giveaways in April will be super crowded, and I probably already have a conflict on one of those dates. And the Glavine bobble falls on Anna’s birthday.  

 

The April 7 special ticket triple bobble is already selling for $50.00. The tickets are $25.00, but you gotta figure in parking on top of that. These days I use the bobblehead giveaways as an excuse to attend Braves games. Tough to be a big wheeler dealer with such huge crowds.
