August Bobbleheads & SGAs

August MLB and MiLB bobbleheads and other SGAs, and other special ticket giveaways. Lots of Addicts are really missing out on a great monthly list right here. Sure it doesn’t have every SGA and special ticket deal, but the preamble alone is worth this clickbait. What did I miss? What’s your favorite this month?

A couple of Seinfeld SGAs in August. They’re usually great, but a marble rye SGA? Looks like the building, with the rye in front. Kinda weird. But worth a ton, huh?

Hopefully I will break down and attend a few of the multitude of Braves giveaways. Atlanta is really pumping out the bobbleheads and other SGAs and special ticket deals in an effort to drive attendance over three million, and boost concessions revenue to pay for more big ticket players. That’s good for us in many ways. I am a sucker for the Gwinnett replica jerseys, so you might see me at Coolray Field come August 20 for the Button Gwinnett jersey. Not my favorite design, but I may grab it anyway.

BREAKING NEWS: I just heard a rumor today that there will be as many as THREE more championship ring giveaways in September - at Gwinnett. This past weekend the Stripers had big crowds lined up in advance to get the rings. Parking lots opened six hours early, then when thnderstorms rolled in the gates opened early to give fans shelter.
