Florida needs to retire number 11 in honor of QB Kyle Trask. He's the second best QB in the country, behind Clemson's Trevor Lawrence. Dawgs lost their 3rd string QB Bennett, two receivers, and three safeties, yet kept the score to 41-28 until the Gators tacked on a meaningless field goal near the end of the game. Florida's win ending Georgia's three game win streak.
Notre Dame has started out the game like UGA did, like Boston College did last week. The Irish benefitted from two close calls: (1) the fumble return called a TD instead of down at the one yard line and (2) the incompletion being called a fumble. Represents a possible ten point swing. Both the Clemson backup QB DJ and UGA backup QB De'Wan Mathis could use more touch on the ball.

Man after 5 pm Friday I went constantly ever since, up to now. Left work. Stopped at the closest Publix. Bought a cake. Was thirsty but couldn't find the right Gatorade or Powerade. Then my normal route home. Had to stop for gas. Was 6:25 before I got home.
Picked up Ceil and headed out. Stopped by Publix for ice cream. 75 south to Northside to MLK to Stafford Street by 7:35. Anna and Okie were home, then MC arrived with the Antico pizza. Will came in from work, started a fire out on the deck, then took a shower. Then we ate, out on the deck.
As we ate Okie kept going behind the shed and bringing out progressively bigger sticks. By the end of the evening he was dragging out huge logs. He was very pleased with himself. Will regaled us with tales from the ER. He's had a rough week and was ready for a restful weekend.
We didn't leave until after 10:30 and it was almost 11:30 before we got home. Was up before 5:30 and back at work by 6:45 for physical inventory. Chickfila biscuits. The funeral for Anna's classmate was this morning. Anna wasn't looking forward to it.
Worked until 11:30 and got a haircut on the way home. Then I cleaned up out the gutters, finishing right when the GA/FL game started. Kept busy folding clothes and doing laundry during the first quarter.
