Thumbs Up

Watched a good movie Friday night on Hulu.
Highly recommended. Made me realize I often post photos of movies maybe not so highly recommended. Going forward I'll try to give clearer reviews.
Claude Humphrey. Bad dude.

EVAN GATTIS [B-R Bio] ranks first in home runs among players with a major-league career of six years or fewer. In his career, 2013-2018 with Atlanta and Houston, Gattis hit 139 home runs. He didn’t play professional baseball until age 23 and didn’t break into the majors until he was 26. He began with Danville of the Appalachian League (Rookie) in 2010 and as an MLB rookie in 2013 with the Braves.  His teammates dubbed him El Oso Blanco. He got the nickname, meaning The White Bear, playing in the Venezuelan Winter league.

Speaking of old Falcons, I correctly remembered that in 1969 number 40 for the Falcons was Paul Gibson, even though here he's not wearing his normal double bar face mask.

Those late-night snacks or munchies could hurt your performance at work, researchers warn. A new study, published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, found that unhealthy eating behaviors at night had an impact on workers’ performance the next day, with respondents being less helpful and more withdrawn that before.
