Mask Up?

Now that the pandemic is all but over, I’m finding all these offers for free masks. My Braves masks arrived in the mail, right when the CDC said I don't need to wear one any more. 

Mask tip: you don’t want a mask to be too busy. Don’t want to have to stare at someone’s mask to figure out what it’s saying.

Not sure why I’m taking notes on so many of these articles lately. As I’ve said many times, I type them up and post them so I can better internalize them myself. And add content for this here blog.

5. Be mindful of the origins of ideas. They don’t take credit for something that they didn’t create, instead give credit to where credit is due.

8. Avoid vague and ambiguous language. Use precise language. Define what you’re talking about. Avoid words like “it” and “they”.

Life tips:

1. Plan ahead.

2. Wake up early.

3. Drink lots of water.

4. Eat fruits and vegetables.

5. Show up. Put in the work.

6. Start your day the night before.

7. Avoid things that cost you peace.

8. Get 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep.

9. Write down your thoughts. Then go deeper.

10. Smile and be friendly to security guards, cleaning people, waiters, etc.
