#1 Beats #11

UGA handed #11 Kentucky their first loss on Saturday.
Stetson Bennett threw three TD passes, including one to Cook (above) and two to freshman tight end Brock Bowers (below).

The Bulldog defense blocked a field goal and extra point, and by holding the Wildcats to 13 points became the second team in recent history to hold their first seven opponents to less then 14 points.
QB Stetson Bennett had another big game,
with his passing, running, and calling audibles.
Zeus ran for a long touchdown, his 15th in his last 14 games.

Comedian Jeff Foxworthy was the guest picker on ESPN College Gameday. Many think Foxworthy is a Georgia Tech graduate, when in fact he only took classes there for a year before dropping out.
Friday night Clemson edged Syracuse in the Carrier Dome.
One Tiger had a good night throwing the ball: punter Will Spiers.

Jake from State Farm wears khakis, even to the gym.
The NLCS started, with the Eastern Division champion Braves chopping the NL Wild Card entry, the Dodgers in game one.

More on the Braves tomorrow.
