R.I.P Bob Gibson

Hall of Fame pitcher Bob Gibson passed away this week.
In the 80's Gibson served as the Braves' pitching coach,
when his former Cardinals' teammate Joe Torre was the manager.
For several off-seasons Gibson played for the Harlem Globetrotters.
 Gibson's catcher was Bob Uecker.
Saturday morning Rob and I walked down by the river.
Friday a week ago my friend snapped these photos
of Air Force One landing at Dobbins Air Force Base.
Appeared to be a rare west to east landing.
Normally aircraft approach from the east to land, crossing the river, I-75, the Braves stadium, and Cobb Parkway before landing.
Today the Braves left for their playoff series in Houston.
George Pickens TD catch.
At halftime UGA DB Richard LeCounte donned
an interesting long sleeve shirt under his jersey.
Before his game Trevor Lawrence wore
a WE NEED CHANGE shirt.
Today in Chicago Rodrigo Blankenship
kicked four field goals in the Colts win.
The late great Larry Wilson tackles Jim Taylor. Wilson once had an interception while playing with casts on both hands,
With no patrons attending the Masters this year,
the Augusta National Golf Club is working on
alternative ways to sell merchandise this year.

Below: the old fisheye lens captures Jerry Kramer attempts a field goal against the Rams' Deacon Jones (75) and Merlin Olsen (74).
Bart Starr holds for Paul Hornung's kick.
Chris Collinsworth wore a uniform well.
Anna's new shoes. She has the same pair in yellow.
