DENISON: Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One was called “the biggest action movie of all time.” The enemy is the “Entity,” which is essentially Artificial Intelligence on steroids. One reviewer described it as “omnipresent, near-omniscient, and almost intangible, yet it has the potential to send the earth back to the Stone Age.” The movie parallels the real world in a way that is urgently relevant for every Christian. The Entity is like Satan in several ways.
Denison: mental health in America is at a new low, in large part because of the damaging effects of social media. The fentanyl overdose death rate nearly quadrupled from 2016 to 2021.
Millions could soon flock to Samaria to see the Biblical perfect red heifer, supposedly who will be slain by the Messiah when he returns.
Perhaps it’s just idiots on social media, but Jeopardy host Mayim Bialik is being persecuted for her support of Israel.
Furious 'Jeopardy!' fans call Mayim Bialik 'racist' as host's Zionist views resurface (msn.com)
NICK MARKAKIS [Wiki Bio] was a member of the very first Greek baseball team to play in the Olympics held in Athens, Greece in 2004. Orioles majority owner Peter Angelos, like Markakis of Greek descent, funded the fledgling Hellenic Amateur Baseball Federation to the tune of one million dollars to aid the country’s Olympic efforts. Angelos also encouraged and gave permission for Markakis, then just a promising Single A prospect for the Orioles, to play in the Athens Games where he hit .346 as an Olympian. Attempting to break up a double play in the 7th inning on Opening Day (4-Apr-2016), Markakis was ruled out on the new sliding rule put into effect after the Dodgers’ Chase Utley broke the leg of the Mets’ Ruben Tejada in game two of the 2015 NLDS. Markakis married Christina Dutko of Fort Lauderdale in 2008. Flaherty became part of the family in 2016 when he wed Christina's sister, Ashley. Markakis & Flaherty were teammates on BAL 2012-2014, but had only spoken occasionally. They were re-united on ATL in 2018.
