Augusta National Members

Members of the Augusta National live different lives than you or me. All are leaders in their fields, with titles of CEO or better. Not just anyone can join this exclusive club, you have to be asked. Usually there are about 300 members, with a waiting list of another 300, all nominated by a member. Average age in the 70's. This list below is far from complete, and is a compilation from several sources, including the Bloomberg link below. Looking at the various professions, it appears individuals are purposely chosen to include a wide variety of industries: finance, medicine, government, education, communications, media, oil & gas, food & beverage, transportation, and sports. There are members from all around the world, as well as many from the Augusta area.  Even if I were to come into a substantial amount of money, that alone wouldn’t secure me an invitation to membership. While usually I don’t enjoy the company of privilege and excess in this case I’d make an exception.
