We must rely on the expertise of others for the essentials of life, so we do the same with our opinions, depending on the "knowledge" of those with whom we already agree. We are much more able to see the shortcomings of the other group's candidates than our own.
ME: This does not mean we as individuals are inadequate, except that we all need God in our lives to complete us.
