Ever hear of “Chrislam”? A supposed new “religion” combining Christianity and Islam. Supposedly the new One World Religion. But if you knew the tenants of either or both, you’d know the two are mutually exclusive. Islam claims Jesus is not the son of God.
In John 14:6 Jesus said “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me”.
In Matthew 10:32-33 Jesus says “everyone who acknowledges me before men, I will also acknowledge before my Father who is in heaven, but whoever denies me before men, I also will deny before my Father who is in heaven”.
In Exodus 20:3 God commanded “you shall have no other gods before me”.
What gets me is people know these verses and still say “Yeah, but…” There is no but. Only "...but God"

My beef: for some people, if they’re not talking, it’s like they’re not breathing. Some people talk to themselves, offering a running commentary of what they’re doing, even when they’re around other people. Are they seeking attention? Do they always have to be the center of attention? Do they ever listen to anyone else? Man when I am working or reading or listening I can’t be talking. I need to be listening, not thinking about what I’m going to say when the other person pauses slightly.
When someone tells a story, I try hard to listen and comment on their story. It’s always good to ask questions. No need to tell a similar story about what happened to me. So hard to put other people first.
