Nike Air Trainer SC

Couldn't resist picking up these Nike Cross Trainers today. Nothing better looking than a white sneaker with navy trim. Much better than black trim, royal trim, of red trim. Size 13 but I think they'll fit with thick socks. Could fetch a tidy profit on eBay, unless my size 13 friend in Memphis wants to orchestrate a trade. He may already have a similar pair. Kinda of Grizzlies colors. This colorway may date back to 2012.

These Air Trainer SC's could replace my white Pumas with black trim. Wore those yesterday and they pretty much fell apart.

Bad Dawg day afternoon yesterday. Plus Hot Rod finished the season poorly, missing three of his last four attempts. Hopefully those Groza votes had already been sent in.
Dabo ran up the score in the ACC Championship Game, making a statement in an effort to place as high as possible in the playoff picture. Would like to see Clemson post a similar number on Ohio State.
Tough day for Jake Fromm, who bravely played on despite a sprained ankle. Eight Dawgs suffered injuries against LSU. Add Swift, Cager, and Pickens, a total of eleven players missed parts of the LSU game. Tough to compete against the best team in the country and Heisman Trophy winner.
Dawgs will have Herrien, Cook, and Zeus to pick up Swift's desertion in the Sugar Bowl. Perhaps Fromm will be able to throw downfield more, since his offensive coordination can't call screen passes to Fields. Beating Baylor will be tough, but perhaps the defense can rise to the occasion.
In other kicker news, Falcon Younghoe Koo recovered a fumble today, setting up his own field goal to extend the lead over the Panthers. Inexplicably, the Panthers fumbled again on the ensuing kickoff. Koo (#7 below) almost recovered this kickoff as well. And these weren't onside kickoffs. Koo is a former Lou Groza Award finalist, proving the importance of a good kickoff kicker.

The ten story ski ramp is being erected at SunTrust Park.
A sight to behold.
Fun fact: Joe Kapp and Roman Gabriel jumped from the NFL to the ABA.
Saturday morning my small group met at the Dwarf House
to pig out on their buffet.
Rob ate the most chicken (8 to 6) but I ate more eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Saw Kathryn Giraldeau's cute as a button kids.
No more buffet after New Year's Eve.
Since Joe missed yesterday, we're going back next Saturday.
Loved the return of the Bears' Nagurski-era uniforms last Thursday night. Saturday Navy will don nice uniforms as well.
Pat Sullivan in his classic Auburn uni. Weird, but a few days ago I had a dream Ceil and I went over to Sullivan's house. The kids were young. Matthew was showing off.
 Bart.
Jeff George.
