Best & Worst Stadiums

Two more notable lists from Sportsbreak.com, who seem to specialize in the art. Followed by ten of my favorite baseball and football stadiums.

Ten Worst Stadiums Ever Built
10. Candlestick Park (demolished)
9. Edward Jones Dome, St Louis (NFL)
8. Joe Louis Arena, Detroit (NHL)
7. FedEx Field, Washington (NFL)
6. Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, NJ (NHL)
5. Sleep Train Arena, Sacramento (NBA)
4. Tropicana Field, St. Petersburg (MLB)
3. Oakland Coliseum (MLB/NFL)
2. Metrodome, Minneapolis (demolished)
1. Rogers Centre (SkyDome), Toronto (MLB/CFL)

SkyDome was the first of its kind, so any imperfections can be understood. There were many domes before the Metrodome, making it worse. Tropicana Field was quaint. The problem with the Oakland Coliseum is that it has yet to be replaced. Not sure what's wrong with FedEx Field.

From the drawings it appears the new Falcons stadium will be even nicer than AT&T stadium in Arlington.
