Turner Field Sunset

Above: a July sunset at Turner Field. Additional photos below.

Co-worker is out today and tomorrow making it extra busy for me. May leave early to renew my drivers license. Finally tracked down all the info I need: social security card, birth certificate, and two bills proving my residence. I've only lived in the same house for 20 years, had a state of Georgia license for 40 years, and lived in the state for 56 years.

Saw the Yankees Red Sox last night. For some reason I thought the Dodgers had traded Yasiel Puig to the Yankees. Guess it had only been a rumor.

Only five relievers made their way to the bullpen. Later a sixth joined them.
Before every game pitching coach takes his time returning to the dugout, always stopping to hand a ball to a little girl. Sometimes he hangs around chatting with fans and signing autographs.
With LA threatening, Braves third-baseman Juan Uribe killed the rally by starting a 5-4-3 double play - on the pitch after he fired the foul ball he caught into his former team's third base dugout.
